Mobile homes are a low cost housing option compared to single family homes. Mobile homes in Fort McMurray can be moved from one location to another, but usually, they are sold with the land. Lots designated for mobile home use are sometimes found in the municipal road system, in which case there are no condominium fees, but many are found in mobile home (or “trailer”) parks.
