Dickinsfield is one of the most welcoming communities of Fort McMurray. It is easily accessible from Thickwood Boulevard and is situated between Thickwood and Timberlea. The neighbourhood is surrounded by mature trees, landscaping, and ponds.
This established community has predominantly single family homes with attached garages and almost all of the homes have driveways provided to owners for their own vehicles. Dickinsfield has a wide range of amenities and recreational activities readily available for community members.
There are several small shops, local mall, and stores situated inside the community. There are two schools inside Dickinsfield: Sister Mary Phillips School and Ecole Dickinsfield.
