It is also a great way to educate your young ones along with the arts and games, the bouncy castle, sensory bins, toys, movies, and more:
Kid’s Night Out
Treat momma to an early Mother’s Day Dinner! Let the kid’s join us for Kid’s Night Out THIS SATURDAY MAY 11th from 5-8pm! This is the perfect opportunity to drop your children (22m+) off in a safe, licensed, learning center and enjoy a couple hours to yourselves.
These events are from 5:00PM – 8:00PM for children ages 22 months and up. We will have three areas set up with activities for everyone to enjoy including a movie theater playing a current children’s movie. We will also be doing some fun art along with exploring some sensory tables and the kid’s will also have full use of all the toys in the school. Children do NOT need to be potty trained or current students of the school to attend. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND. –
On May 15th, everyone is invited to join the “Conscious Kindness Day” at RMWB, Wood Buffalo, AB, Canada. Intentional acts of kindness are the highlight of this celebration as the community strives to create a kind and caring environment for everyone.
Conscious Kindness Day
Conscious Kindness is only a week away!!!
Help create a kind, caring community by planning intentional acts of kindness on May 15.
Be (extra!) kind to friends, neighbours, co-workers—and strangers too—and share it with the hashtag#LocalLoveYMM. You’ll feel great seeing the positive vibes spread across the community.
Remember: kindness happens where you are, so you don’t have to actually go anywhere to be a part of it. – via facebook.com
Yoga enthusiasts would surely love this much-awaited event at the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre, which is a 75-minute yoga session on the 23rd of May. The session will start at 6:00 to 8:00 PM:
Relax & Restore Yoga
This gentle and relaxing yoga sequence combines both yin and restorative yoga poses that will allow us to spend some time reflecting on how remarkable our bodies truly are. We will begin the practice with typical yin style shapes that are held anywhere from 2-5 minutes, allowing the body to get into the deep connective tissues, fascia and joints that often hold tension. – via fortmcmurraytourism.com
