On October 15, 2019, seniors would surely love the exploration of creativity that would make it worth your while. The activity will start at 2 PM to 4 PM, Tuesday, at the Syncrude Program Room.
Seniors aged 50 years old and up are invited to join this project, which the New Horizons for Seniors Program of the Government of Canada supports and funds:
Join us as we make traditional moose leather moccasins! When registering, please make sure to specify what gender and size you’d like to make (Ladies 4-11, Mens 5-12). Light refreshments will be provided. - Via wbrl.caFor the young ones and the young at heart, this next event is for you. Go active and sweat it with the Limitless Youth activity. Never miss this event, which is going to take place on October 16, 2019, at around 6:45 PM to 8 PM. You can proceed to the Fort McMurray Boys & Girls Club at 20 Riedel St.
All of our Limitless Youth Programs are welcome to youth ages 12-18 in the community. Our goal is to provide access to youth within Fort McMurray to skill-building, inclusive, leadership and recreational programs that give them the tools and confidence to become successful adults. We are constantly striving to mould with the needs of today's youth and the Fort McMurray community so that we can reach as much youth as possible. - Via fmbgc.caAll yoga teachers and enthusiasts would love the upcoming Yoga Teacher Training, free of charge. This activity is scheduled to take place on October 19, 2019, starting at midnight. It is a multiple-day event, which culminates on October 21, 2019, at midnight as well. The venue for this activity is at Orange Fitness 355 Loutit Road, Fort McMurray AB.
Yoga teacher training is an opportunity for you to explore your practice while learning the anatomy of each pose in-depth, the history of yoga, and sequencing. Our unique approach to this certification will provide you with a thorough understanding of what is "yoga," how to sequence, how to structure a class, and how to brand yourself while running yoga as a business.
